1. Access Number: Swissprot/TrEMBL acession number of the protein.
2. Secondary AC: Secondary acession number of the protein in Swissprot/TrEMBL.
3. DB: "SWP" or "TREMBL".
4. Entry Name: Swissprot entry name.
5. Protein_len: Sequence length of the protein.
6. CDS Len: Sequence length of the coding sequence (CDS) of the protein.
7. CDS GC: GC content of the coding sequence.
8. Gene Name: Associated gene name for the protein.
9. Protein_Name: protein name described in Swissprot/TrEMBL.
10. Synonyms: alternative names for the protein, provided by Swissprot.
11. InterPro: entries to the InterPro database.
12. MIM: Entry in the MIM (Mendelian Inheritance in Man) database.
13. Key Words: biological key word of the protein provided by Swissprot/TrEMBL.
